i think your creative concept was stunning , but i would suggest something more "organic" with regards to your box lid, -. i would imagine a hardened sugar what ever would have worked just fine. . if the whole thing is edible it creates a better aura of style and class to your hard work and again, stunning creative concept. good luck!

Nice on the creative side... but next time you should use crusting buttercream it will give you a smooth finish and to get rid of the excess sugar a damp brush would do just fine. But overal it turned out great!

that was a good idea and is pretty, but if u made it neater i think it would have been perfect

@angelcorpse1 Wilton's food colors, I just added them to the fondant. It takes alot to mix them though. :O)

TIP: dust off the powdered sugar from the fondant before actually gluing it to your cake or where ever you decide to put it. to give it some shine...use liquor.
