@QUINNTHEPOTHEAD you dont enter a plea that is the agreement. you tell the judge "I do not plea in courts of contract" if you do that they have no authority. All crimes are commercial and therefore must be agreed upon by both parties.

Where have you been...? You should be able to answer your own questions if you watch more videos from power politics. Its quite simple, your remedy lies at the administrative level.
Do you know enough to sit down with the DA and have him dismiss it. Before your next court date, call for a hearing. SILENCE IS CONSENT. Your lawyer won't talk for you. Call for a hearing and get your witness on the stand. Does he/she have a claim against you? Does he/she know of anyone who does? .......

i need help , i was arrested yesterday for a domestic fight between me and my step-brother...can i say to the judge "i donnot consent jurisdiction" when they ask me to enter a plea? how do i get this thrown out of court?
