Yes, it`s so much harder with a pick, and it sounds better... but fingerpicking look so much cooler. Thou, I saw a clip of Yorke playing solo with a pick (offcourse) and a acustic 12 string. It was great!

Not too bad man, but they don't play it finger style. It's harder with a pick, but that's how they play it. You're also a hair slower than they are. And yes I can play it with a pick, and at the correct tempo.
