the united states needs a real and long lasting economic recovery which can be felt by all americans. this must be lead by the housing and real estate market, one of the largest segments of our economy which continues to stagnate. a national real estate lottery administered by the federal government would create a huge boom to the real estate market, the millions of unemployed citizens of the united states, and banks who are saddled with continued foreclosures, and illiquid assets. millions of new jobs which were lost will return along with real hope, a revitalized positive attitude, and good dose of luck which will surely return to the united states.
