  • @D6onGPS @xlZacklx Indeed. I've never seen so much bs about running in such a short amount of time (that's 4 videos included). None of these movements are used during actualy running. Adaptation is specific to stimuli. If you want to RUN faster, you have to RUN faster. The only things I think you could benefit from to gain speed is plyometrics and weightlifting... and that's athletes only, unless you want to get hurt pretty fast.
