  • anybody that is thinking of buying a home now is a fool,, home prices will decline 30% over the next 18 months ,, watch and see ,, buckle up people ,,

  • if you can't make the payments you lose your home. Flat out the truth. Its NOT your home, the bank owns it. Hence the mortgage

  • the real estate decline is not over by far, yes there are great deals these day and buying now wouldnt be a bad thing but i fell there is still room for more decline

  • @lennyfest you were right man

  • @lennyfest Sorry to tell you this but what you offer for houses these days and what they will accept will always be two different things. there are enough vacant houses to prove that! You had better buy now if you can, These nuts will raise the price of a house that hasn't sold in a year!

  • @JohnIbrah cheaper to live in a used brothel!

  • @adrock5151 go live in a tent then fool!

  • Sounds like its part of the same problem.... People who couldn't sell their house in time got stuck and now rent it out. Apparently they still can't afford the property with the extra rent money coming in. I only recently found out that at the end of Clinton's administration he took off the 1 to10 fractional reserve ratio and made it unlimited. This is why banks were allowed to loan so much even though they didn't have any real money to back it up. Bush didn't help this problem of course.

  • Renters are losing property too. People who rent from them are getting tossed out on the street even though they pay their rent on time. The landlord doesn't notify them that the property is foreclosed so when the cops show up its a surprise.

  • Haha american so suck losing home
