After heading to the Weyenberg library on June 16th to return some books, I caught this ex-Wisconsin Central hi-rail semi hauling a crane in a gondola crossing Mequon Road, to the team track in Thiensville. To do some trackwork on the Saukville sub. A cool catch, if I do say so myself. I caught this at 4:39pm, something unusual for a Tuesday. This video was taken in Mequon, Wisconsin.

  • Cool horn! P3 right?

  • I would be sitting at the lights thing WTH is this.

  • That's a cool semi truck. I once saw what looked like a Freightliner hauling a few rail cars when I was driving between Stevens Point and Marshfield on U.S. 10. I remember it had flashing headlights like a police car does. It was different and something you don't see everyday.

  • what a catch

  • Getting bigger and more specialized all the time, trucks like that run the brakes on railcars too. Very good catch. Thanks for sharing!

  • Different.

  • Wow, that's craziness.
