"Against their conscience" You will lose because of "Reynolds vs. United States" The courts would not allow a slippery slope (A Church Victory) of this type to exist in America. Here is why. If the Church wins, then a business owner who is, say Satanic could refuse to have to pay for insurance which provides coverage for anti cancer drugs, because their conscience leads them to believe that death should never be avoided through chemical means as it keeps souls from their Lord and Master, Satan.

And it should not exempt these institutions - they are not for the most part religious other than by affiliation to a church, and should be required to have available products and services as any other facility similar to their mission. Education, health care, etc.
