Dont talk rubbish if you dont know the fact. I dont work for anyone now. I have a bunch of engineers working for me and they are treated well and they dont do contracting. I have a solid business. I have come across with so many gulti business owners and they do not deserve to be in that position. They treat their employess so bad.. its just unbeleviable. You just need to open your eyes and look around
