lol. My duet partner does that move in our duet - she tries not to catch it will her stomach^^lol. But she did give herself a small concussion with her rifle - she has a video of it. Check out bevowen1991 's video called Colorguard Ouch! lol.

wow... yeah ouch.. my best friend has done that with her rifle... this summer during practice i gave myself a concussion with a flat doing a flat toss haha
