In what program do you open ShinyGold?

Just downloaded it, and my computer don't recognize the filetype -.-

Well first of all, you need the shiny gold thing. I think its called Shiny_gold.ips. Now you need a rom. Search on google for pokemon firered rom. You prolly will find one. Rename the Shiny gold file to what the firered file is called: i.e (1589_Fire_Red.gba). Open them in the same folder and voila.
