Sollevare le gambe e sistemare le mani sotto la testa per sostenerla, assicurandosi di tenere i gomiti in posizione parallela al pavimento. Sollevare il corpo verso le gambe e sentire tensione agli addominali. Assicurarsi che i glutei e la parte inferiore della schiena stiano sempre a contatto con il tappetino della pedana vibrante.
