As i see it, when he was in his prime all of his music came from his heart and was all inspired by his passion for judaism add to that his immense musical talent and the result is this flawless awe inspiring performer who inspired all who saw him sing, today's performers are mostly motivated by money and a sheer greed for fame, and that cannot inspire the kind of passion and stir the kind of emotion that Mordechai did in his prime.

@HAZIDEAD wish we had a jewish singer today who even sounded half as powerful and good as this !
-
I must have listened to this ten thousand times and still can't get enough....
-
@MBDvids I wanna see myself from the Pirchei choir at that show!!!!
-
@nynyboropark your right, i seriously dont see anything in lipa, gertner and the other `superstars` today, maybe the odd song or two thats it really
-
love this song :) havent a clue why he hasnt sung this in like ten years though
-
.an in his prime mbd is the best thing in judaism, besides the torah and mitzvos of course lol

@HAZIDEAD he actually rarely sings now, just the odd concert here and there. in fact theres a yossi green upcoming concert i think, and i dont even think he is listed as performing -- big suprise there. and yes its sad, i mean i was at the moshe laufer one last year, and my favourite song came on, he sung about three verses of it, and left the rest to the choir!! :( ten years ago hed have sung every second of it! but no, he has to grace us with `classics` like usid

@nynyboropark, yes!! This is and incredible performance as if he was in a studio. Singers are trying to perform rather than sing. I watched Schweky "perform" Kol Yisroel Areivim - it was just dreadful. You couldn't even recognize it was the same song. But MBD is also very weak in concerts nowadays. A far cry from his reigning days as the lion's roar...
Stop performing
Much more to come. Stay tuned!!!
