I mean really, this is THE end all be all video for preparing pumpkin for cooking! I'm trying to make pie from scratch but just like you said everyone uses pre pureed pumpkin, but I'm trying to utilize our uncut pumpkin's from Halloween. THANK YOU

i just cooked a pumpkin curry and nearly drove crazy when i tried to cut the pumpkin... this way seems much easier, will try it nxt weekend, thanks!
