@shussey100 Cocoa/cacao is originally from the Americas. It was planted in Africa for production after it was discovered as a valuable commodity. (And coffee is the other way around, originally from Africa and then planted in the Americas for exporting purposes).

hgh temperature & sugar :)) Thanks , but not. I can make my own chocolate without cooking it, and with honey and I choose what nut I want, how sweet I want, how fresh I want it. I can make it harder or like a beverage or icecream for half the price they sell "that stuff " ...I can put coconut butter and whey protein to make it the happy elixir the one that Dr John Baron uses, I can use real vanilla or Lukuma flavour. get chocolate nibs and stuff and use it as you like, f..k the other stuff !

I am beginning to get irritated by all these 'how it's made' videos that dont actually show how the damn stuff is made! She skipped the single most important and fundamental 'making' step! Namely, where the chocolate goes from being bitter bean paste to being mixed with other ingredients and becoming ACTUAL CHOCOLATE!
