This routine develops an ever deepening connection between self and source: soul, heart, mind and body, the world. It amplifies freedom and expression while stretching and flexing most major bones, muscles and ligaments. I do one side in the morning and the other side at night. This is all that I need to do to stay fit on all levels. The challenge is to do it. Filming it and posting it here for you to see is motivation to do it more often and higher quality katas. This is also a way to remember. Ideally, you too will use this or something like it or better to daily establish a connection to the Earth, to Self and to the Life Force by whatever name. This exercise is one of many that is being shared with the local and global community through the First Earth Battalion and its Cavalry unit. Hoka-hey and Namaste.
