lol that is just the WORST choice of subject for a girl who gets called anorexic every day :D way to go bing, couldn't you have made her go to a zoo or a store or some shit? something that will obviously be humourously intended instead of seeming like she might actually face this dilemma in which case it's just plain sad?
@SeeWithoutHavingtoGo I completely disagree that this is the path for Alexa. Not going to happen, nor is she anorexic--though I do think she watches what she eats too much. Ultimately she's just retaliating, turning the tables round on all the annoying people's whispers of her being too skinny. I've had people comment on my weight too, and then they see me eating more than them and they're eating crow and envious. Some folks are naturally slim and shouldn't have to endure such comments.
@missvaliumknight But the ad could be about fashion as well since it's a big part of her fame. In fact, the ad could be about anything, because Bing wants to show that it could give search results for anything. They decided to do it on food instead, because only a person who intends to eat would look for a place to eat. A person who has the money she has would be able to afford going to a 4-star restaurant. Basically, they want to show that she doesn't have an eating disorder like many suspect.
Well, she "quit" modeling because of the extreme size and weight demands. Her pictures from back in the day when she was beginning her career on TV show that she was "healthier" then even if she was still underweight. However, her more recent pictures show that she's a lot thinner. She's in her mid-20s. By that age, you're naturally going to fill out while still eating the same amount of food as before. The US Vogue article about model Kim Noorda shows signs of cutting eating to stay thin.
I LOVE Alexa, I think she's brilliant. But i do think that it is pretty clear that she has lost, even just a few pounds since going to America.. and it's clear that that is going to spark debates about her being too skinny. But i do believe that it's just she's been working so hard lately and ofcourse you'r going to lose pounds by doing that. She's a roll model to alot of people, and i'd hate to think she was falling into the 'skinny' catagory.
