@riccorich It can be done by private entities, though they have to be licenced by the state and meet race-sensitive (i.e. racist) conditions to qualify. This provides for religions and minorities to select by their criteria, regardless of, or because of, such considerations as sex, age, race, religion, place of birth, yadayada ... that contradict principles that we once held as fundamental.

@riccorich I am from Ontario. This school is purely public funded. It is not a private institution. Black and white leftist activists including many from the state supported post secondary schools ... professors for mutli-cultural issues and such... have lobbied for this. I agree with you that it is wrong and that it is segregation.

@ngonea U can change the schools. But like the old saying goes. U can take a person out the ghetto but u cant take the ghetto out of the person. There have been studies after studies showing Whites are genetically smarter than blacks. So no matter what school u sand them to. When u hold blacks to the same standards as whites. It goes without saying most of them are going to fail.
