Has anyone else realised that his costume in this episode kinda reflects his main costume after this. the pajamas kind of look like a suit (collar, buttons) and the bath robe is sort of like the long coat

I love at the end it does feel like a happy xmas dinner where the Doctor is just having a laugh. i also just realise its a great moment since in World War Three the Doctor turned down an offer of a meal with the Tylers and here he is now having one on Christmas day no less.
