Ignorance is a good word. Being big does not equal fit. As someone indicated, big muscles do not equate to overall fitness. Speed, balance, agility etc, athleticism.

We are kind of spoiled here, can't drive 10 minutes in any direction and not run in2 a gym. Seems like there are more of them than Starbucks. U R right about the "neg" comments jockeys. When all is said and done U can still stand naked before them and let the results speak 4 its self. Still have a great laugh, smile and demeanor. The hair and beard R great 2.

One major difference between Scott and other famous fitness guys on youtube are these blogs, it makes him feel real and not just some guy filming his workouts. It feels like he is helping on a 1 on 1 basis.
For the people complaining about the shirt, I think you have many female followers that enjoy seeing your shirtless!! I could care less, but it does help when looking at how the muscles expands and contracts during workouts.

Body building (big muscles) is only one type of fitness. Think about it. What type of body do runners have? What about swimmers? How about gymnasts? Think of it like a Mack Truck and a sportscar. Depends what you want to do.
