  • wow..you look so good..i have a question..for the warroir pose ,,can i do this as long as i can hold it or would that be over doing it?????? i want to do alot of that pose but i want to know if its ok do hold it as long as possible say like a minute or 2,,? thats probally as much as i can hold it anywasy..
