The leaders of the G8 are meeting for a summit in Italy. On the agenda is the level of aid given to the world's poorest countries. Zambian born economist Dambisa Moyo, and Paul Collier, professor of economics at Oxford University, discuss if the current system of aid is helping developing countries (July 8th, 2009).
