Honda will do anything to beat Volkswagen. and they still cant

it looks awesome dude. A very worthwhile mod, the amount of light now falling onto the road is immense. Getting a HID kit is good in terms of safety too and it certainly looks the part. Completely changes the look of the car at night.

Hello mate i bought a hid kit for my Type R, did you need to buy bulb holders?
EllsTypeR 1 year ago
what year do you have mate?? if its facelift you can buy bulb holders on ebay and use that. I did this ages ago before all this bulb holder business so had to drill out and modify my existing ones.

@Sinth1234 Hi i'm trying to buy a kit for my face lift ep but it seems alot of people are modifying them to fit the face lifts. If I buy the bulb holders does this make them a plug and play unit or not? and were did you buy your kit from? thanks

Hi , I bought my kit from ebay ages with warranty ago when the HID kits were relatively rare/expensive. The kit never let me down and was fully functional till the day i sold the car. You can now buy the modified bulb holders for the facelift ep3 so it can accomodate the HID bulb. The fitting of the kit is relatively straight forward. Hop this helps
