Gta TLAD Regina (rare car)

I was driving around in bohan and i stumbled across this regina in a small car park, so i took it back to a safehouse and since then reginas have been spawning and driving on the roads.

he probably finished heavy toll and went ther right after he finshed the mission

and right when i was about to call a fake he breaks the window

they arent all over the place they are only found in a mission

the only way i found that car there was parking it there with another one close by it. thats the only way. also with 2 along the wall.directly on the opposite side of this parking lots wall.
