Nice captnj... for those who are saying slow down and don't lock out... um you've got good form; not just dropping under the weight, your hammy's are pulling you down. As for not locking out, watch some of the biggest squatters (Oly guys and PL's). They lock out at the top... Bbryans?? 10 sets of three @ 145kg (312lbs) with 1.5 mins rest btw is killer density and work; total weight 9360 lbs in @ 15- 20 mins... you're an asshat. Shut your hole, get your head straight and lift...
