put him out of his pain by strangulation as he's missing from the waist down lol... seriously now, slightly different to the technique I was taught with the motorsports association, we were taught to rock helmet more to prevent too much pulling and then to place the back of the head onto something to replace where the helmet had been to avoid moving the neck too much and causing further injury. there are always differing views on different techniques but I'll stick to what I was taught :0)
Only thing that worried me about ambulance teams taking off my helmet was that I had one of those flip up helmets, that can't be removed by just lifting off the head like this, you press a button and the front lifts up and then it's as easy as taking off a half-face jet helmet. Trouble is, they don't know that, so they're gonna try and get it off this way, which is gonna do more damage than the crash itself...

IF YOU CAN NOT HOLD THE JAW DO NOT REMOVE, i know there are standard procedures but you have over 80% chances to kill him if he has a broken neck

@AudionAme we was at competition (school team) of `giving first aid`, and over there was asked from us to do this action alone.

@Ali3nat0r Could you write a simple instruction in indelible ink on the chin of your helmet? 'Press button here to remove helmet'
