"Palestinian" people didn't exist until 1964, when it was politically conventient for them to exist.

I wouldn't call stoning rape victims to death, bombing school buses, massacring political opposition and keeping civilians under constant mortar and rocket fire "fighting back". Civilians aren't doing anything to anyone.
