    Efectivamente este caso se completó con una tira tarsal y el video también está disponible. Simplemente se dividió en 2 partes, ya que la tira tarsal forma parte de los videos de ectropion, también.

    The rake is pointing up, so there is no risk of inadvertent damage to the cornea. However, your point is correct, corneal protectors are always a good move.

  • lo que se ve al fondo es la conjuntiva pero ese aspecto perlado no podria ser la lamina posterior de los retractores que esta separada, no seria bueno evaluar esa conjuntiva para estar seguro de fijar todod el retractor. Una tira tarsal no ayudaria con la laxitud horizontal tambien en este caso

  • If you don't want to use a retraction suture for the lid and instead you use Rake , I advise you to use a corneal protector
