Join Wessex Archaeology's divers on a tour of the wreck of the cruiser HMS Drake.

The Drake sank in Church Bay, Rathlin Island, in 1917 after a torpedo attack by a U-boat. Read more about it on Wessex Archaeology's Coastal and Marine website -- http://splash.wessexarch.co.uk/2007/10/19/hms-drake-rathlin-island/

This video was edited by Jenny Austin and Alex Pope whilst undertaking work experience with Wessex Archaeology's Coastal and Marine Team.

This wreck was dived in 2006 as part of Wessex Archaeology's diving services in support of the Protection of Wrecks Act 1973. The original video is Crown copyright.
