theres actually a hidden ending which is 2 chapter after this battle. the pope is awaken by the templar's sacrifice, and the team move on to challenge the cardinal bishop. that one is a real battle compare to this.

The save will get you to the path onto the hidden levels, there will be a bunch of dialogues and you will get to a new town which sells all the top ranked equipment and consumables.

The first hidden level is on a slope with a pile of level 45 beasts who remain passive and you can lure to kill and level up.

The last level is a plaza with boss in the middle who kept spawning high level beasts. you need seizure-preventing amulets with ur characters. The boss causes seizure with darkness spell.

as far as i know.. the production might ve screwed up.. there isnt a legitimate way to get to the hidden ending..

You can only do it by skipping the chapter22. This is what u gotta do..

Firstly, you need a save in town right be4 the final level.

In the "City" folder of the game directory, back up the files started with city29, change the files named city26 to city29( do not change the file format, only the name).

Then, you can load the save be4 the final level.

It's just a tactical-RPG, so you don't need to understand each sentence. Every item/magic is described with numbers.

Plus, I searched google China and translated the main story, so I know what's happening, more or less.
