Jamie Garza was actually a very good fighter, and coming off back to back wins over long reigning WBA champ Juan Martin Coggi and future Light Middleweight champ Vinny Pazienza.
This fight shows how huge of a puncher Rosario was. past prime, but damn he still had power.

@teedzy That is correct, Loreto was from Sacramento and Jaime from Santa Cruz California. JAime was 122 Pounder and Loreto a 140 Pounder.
Loreto was not a puncher and Jaime was a Knock out artist.
