Not at all. The Gibson version seems to be well-balanced, but I've heard of people complaining about it, some units may put on the market eventhough Gibson themselves know that these units are faulty :s.

This is why one must always try a guitar before buying it :)

Horrible sound quality, the bass keeps cutting out altogether, and the whole thing's so tinny it's not possible to comment on the quality of the playing. Pity.
