I can never listen to an entire RAW interview cause I always end up being so interested in the topics he brings up I go look it up and get totally sidetracked.

Has anyone bothered to listen to the latest Emergency Broadcast System in the U.S.? It now says 'This is a test of the Emergency Broadcast System, if this had been an actual emergency such as a tornado, flash flood of civil unrest.....!!!!!!' WHEN THE HELL DID THEY INCLUDE CIVIL UNREST????
