@im1shak1biotches While he's at work, she falls down the stairs, he tries to rush her to the hospital, he falls asleep and they crash/"get hit"... she dies. He commits suicide. Her ghost is watching over him while he "sleeps" (dies), just as she had done when he would fall asleep when she was alive. She was always there for him even in death! Great video!

@NnieyzAKTF5 Okay, to clear this up (even though people have tried): He has a disorder that makes him fall asleep randomly (Narcolepsy). He and the girl fall in love, she cares for him even though he falls asleep a lot but it affects their relationship (that's why she cries when he falls asleep while playing the game).

Every time I see this video I always wonder where he got the money to buy the scooter... I can't read Korean but I'm sure that paper in his hand (when he has on a suit) is his resume and he is trying to get a job (maybe that's where I'm wrong). Why was he riding the train when he has a scooter? Maybe it was cheaper to ride the train than gas up his scooter? Either way, the language barrier has me confused!
