The waiting 30 seconds is important. Then like magic its gone. I have dehazer or ghost image remover if there is still some of the pattern left, that is left over ink.

Now I have a screen printing outfit with tons of color. It only cost about 1200 for everything to get started. But it is the right way, no presson here. lol

By the way I can use this under fair use because I am teaching how to wash a screen. And I own the screen.

  • By the way I had used that screen like a million times and then let it sit for like a month AND did not clean the plastisol off so I could see how eell it came off in the worse case. So that is why it seems so waterproof at first. But it normally just melts off.

  • I water it down 2 parts water and 1 part chem. You will get a bottle and poor it into a spray bottle and then fill it with water. Then I fill it back to the top the first few times to water it down more.

Remember everyone to not breath fumes. Also dont mix your chemicals. It dosent always turn out pretty especially if you give it enough time and heat or concentrating air. You know safety first. Its all good till someone looses an eye. Till next time

    Emulsion or capilary film remover

google silkscreen supplies and get a chemical proofe spray bottle. You will also need a few of those scrubbers like in your sink. flat ones so they lay flat to the screen.

  • Yes its a pain in the back after about 100 shirt tripple print. lol Whats up Bogdy? Hows you day man? Anything interesting in your part of the world right now. I loved the rolling monkey thing.

  • If anyone has any more questions about screen printing, feel free to leave me a comment. I have a good one on Fades coming up.
