Hahahaha.....he likes it! I love to see youngsters take an interest in guns and hunting sports. I can see right now that young man is going to make a good competent, hunter. Many kids his age are scared to even shoot a 20ga., let alone a 12ga.

The 11-87 was the design change that enabled Remington to offer an autoloading shotgun that would handle 3" magnum shells (as well as 2.75"). It's a time-proven design, though somewhat dated. Certain parts have been known to require replacement, but they are both easily obtained and inexpensive. As can be seen, it's a soft-shooting gun especially with 1 oz. loads as can be seen with how little the gun seems to move Josh after his first shot.
