  • @shikko123 Make sure your firewall is not blocking XAMPP from running.

  • hi, I like your Video.

btw I try to install the XAMPP, but somehow there error on port 3306.

maybe can you help me pls?Thx b4

  • @F0X0M0W Thanks. You might want to check with your firewall settings. Sometimes your firewall can block that particular port.

  • Hi when i click phpMyAdmin i get some error and if i type localhost/phpmyadmin/ i get 404 Not Found.

can u help me out here ?

  • @Fladfisken93 If you are using Windows 7, a message will pop-up, just click continue. Or you can try to right-click and run as an administrator. Sometimes Windows gets a little picky for certain programs. If all else fails try re-installing XAMPP.

  • my Apache stops as soon as I start it. How do I fix it?

  • It’s a known issue that if Skype was installed before XAMPP it will occupy port 80 which is the port that XAMPP needs to communicate with your Internet connection. There’s an easy fix for this problem.

Solution : Open up Skype and go to Tools and select Options. From the list that appears select Advanced and then Connection. There will probably be a check mark inside where it says “Use port 80 and 443 as alternatives for incoming connections” just unchecked that box and save your changes.

  • k awesome all worked up-till were it shows admin screen, mine looks different, SOOOO i updated it, now it asking for a flipping password and screen name..

  • when i klick of the Xampp come ERROR: XAMPP is already running . pls help

  • mysql is not connecting it says Mysql not started [-1] what do i do ?

  • Important: many times you can not run apache or mysql because other programs are using the same ports (for an example Skype use the port 80 like apache!!!)...so close the programs ;)

  • Thanks for posting these videos.Great step-by-step. Very helpful.
