  • Fillet is a french word, the t is silent. He's saying it right, if you pronounce the 't' on the end you're saying it wrong.

  • rename the video, it is not cutting fish fillets...it's already done

  • Two problems: first, it's mis-titled, "How to Fillet Fish". We are told how to care for filleted fish (that's step 2 dude). Second, we are all told without reservation that we should remove the skin for "curling during cooking, and it imparts an undesirable flavor." Undesirable flavor? The skin packs large amounts of highly beneficial Omega 3 fatty acids and tastes quite good when seasoned with salt and cooked to crispy texture. Oh, and just cut before cooking to avoid all that "curling".
