Thank you so much for showing the components before tying. So often people tie stuff and its hard to get a sense of what the feathers and such look like to keep an eye out for them. Or, in my case nothing on the tying desk is labelled anymore.
nice tie, Try partridge for the hackle i find it has much better movement in the water, and it wont clump to together as the hen hackle does. Very effective.
Was also wondering how this is most commonly fished? Just short strips?
