Developed at NYU's Interactive Telecommunications Program, Rui Pereira's thesis, the TUIST is a "multi-mode musical interface for super-star wannabes incapable of playing musical instruments."
Or in laymen's terms, as Pereira told Wired.com, "This is a musical instrument for people who don't know shit about music."

Therimin? i cant remeber the name the spelling of it. Classic B scifi had it, Sounds sort of like somone playing the Saw. I once seen a bunch of coiled springs on a rack that could be stretched by footpeddle. Stangely enough it was in the key of C typical piano chord. Amazing we are as human beings.

OK, when I see Nuno Bettencourt playing this. I would asses it. For the noises this guy does in this particular video it sounds like a matraca for grown ups.
