ive watched & studied both paquiao & mayweather fights. ive come to a conclusion the mayweather would beat paq based soley off the fact that floyd will counterpunch paq to death. paquiao has great speed but floyd has world class speed. paquiao always leaves himself open to counterpunching as evident in the 1st two bouts with juan manual marquez & marquez has no where near the same speed as floyd & he was able to frustrate paquiao. this was an honest unbiased finding.

We all know Pacquiao can take counters for days and still keep swinging for that knockout punch. Mayweather got clocked once by Mosley and almost went down. Its a toss up, speed and power vs speed and defense.
