Nah... It isn't about the graphics card... It does it on alot of people's computers for some reason. :/
It is a bit annoying sometimes... It comes and goes on my system.

I have looked at the stats display a time or two in the 11 months since I posted this video. My connection seems to be fine. I just ran a speed test in the past few days that indicated I can get over 2.3 times what SL can put out at its maximum bandwidth setting. Other folks continue to report this problem. The cause appears to have to do with problems on SL's end - more users than the servers can deal with, poor caching techniques, etc.

Looks like someone has a bad graphics card

I'm sure many people do.
However, this problem occurs on three different machines, which don't share a video card.
Ergo, I conclude it is probably not the video card.
