Wow. With respect again, I can see why you were "driven out of the field." Planned abstinence does not work. It actually kills people. Myself and MILLIONS of other people have tried planned abstinence, but failed each time. I personally knew 6 people who tried to quit their drug of choice by planning how they would not "use" when they had an urge. Those 6 people(friends of mine) are now dead. Please stop killing people with your message.God and the Steps saved my life and many others' lives.

Yep, this is right on. Smoking is one of the hardest things to beat, but it most certainly CAN be done with a little inspiration, education, and perseverance. Good luck to all the quitters out there!
