The President doesn't pull of anything. The Military-Industrial Complex is much larger than he is and has the people and the power needed to pull this off. It's much bigger than any presidency. If you don't believe it, just read what the president said his reasons were for attacking Iraq, then read the news releases from the days and month before the war started. Bush lied over and over again about Saddam refusing weapons inspectors in, but they had been in for 4 months when he attacked.

buildings dont FREE FALL like tht do to fires, and there were numerous explosions around building 7 and the world trade center, some people who were their even said tht they heard an explosion right before the plane hit and to demo a building it takes months of planning so this "Attack" was planned in months in advance
