Organizers cancelled the closing day of a country music festival in central Alberta a day after a fierce thunderstorm caused an outdoor stage to collapse, killing one person and injuring about 75 others.(August 2)

seems like stages are always collapsing in Canada. Megastage must be the manufacturer. They came here last year to build a stage and half of them french canandians didnt know what the hell they were doing

The stage that collapsed here the same kind that collapsed at Bluesfest? If so, maybe we should reconsider that brand for outdoor concerts in Canada?

@CrackerJackLee thanks for insulting me and other real industry professionals were mix engineers, not structural engineers all of our gear is certified by engineers like you, which ultimately it MEANS IT WAS A REAL ENGINEERS FAULT! Unless someone over exceeded the weight limit of the truss which i doubt. Despite what u seem to think we don't claim to be structural engineers, we are audio engineers *NOTICE THE AUDIO PART BEFORE THE ENGINEER PART.
