Funny how John Waters ended up playing an Andy Milligan stock character. Lewis just loves the word "verisimilitude" and also "antediluvian times".

What does HG Lewis thinks of the torture flicks of today such as Saw, Hostel, Wolf Creek, Martyrs, Inside etc.? Anyone thinks they are similar to Lewis's work.

Thanks for posting this great interview. I really admire the enthusiasm for moviemaking that Mr Lewis demonstrates.
Like Roger Corman, he seems to be one of those directors that liked to have a good time creating a picture.
