  • Um, the Macbook Air isn't a tablet PC. And who cares how thin or how thick it is? Most laptops in the ultra-portable range (such as the Macbook, Macbook Pro, and Dell Latitude) are thin enough as it is.

  • i want one, the only thing im worried about is the screen. how do you feel about the screen?

  • hp's tx2z is a much cheaper capacitive touchscreen laptop. i have a tx2500z which has a resisitive touchscreen and i love it. great for drawing

  • the screen can detect the pen and only follow those inputs and ignore other sources of contact

  • One of my students has this as part of her school tools--it's an awesome device.

  • What if you use the pen and keep your hand on the screen while writing. Does it interfere with each other? I mean, when you normally write you don't keep your hand in the air.

  • more around 1700 if you want a small HDD

  • "i can send you text"

OMG YOU CAN CTRL+C STUFF AND EMAIL THEM, OOH GOD THIS IS A REVOLUTION RIGHT HEEREE

  • some of them going on ebay for $600 (at LOWEST) 800 average.

  • Like ejeon1985 said, just to add emphasis, the Macbook Air isn't a Tablet PC. and as long as it's portable it's fine. OH and another thing. Price Range. Not so good. MAC = something overly expensive when you can spend less for something else just as good.

  • But... didn't this come out months before Apple unveiled their plans for Multi-touch? And isn't the Apple multi-touch touchpad only?
