  • Now to get millionaires off any government assistance (VA, Medicare, Social Security). If a state can't afford to bury the dead, then yes, I think it's time to stop spending money they don't have. Why do politicians wait until crisis time before they act? ========= Illinois officials sent a letter to more than 600 funeral directors around the state to let them know there's no money for funerals for individuals on public assistance.
