Bunny Godiva with Rattle Toy

My bunny Godiva got a new toy today -- a baby rattle -- and she was having a blast running around with it! Sorry it's kind of long, but it was too cute not to include it all.

@soph7133: Carpet remnants are not a safe option, as most are synthetic and woven with long threads---chewing on them could cause a gut impaction. Cotton mats, however, are digestible (and easy to toss into the washer).

@originalbunnydad Very true. These are actually carpet remants glued to the floors of the Cottontail Cottage with a hot glue gun. I've been doing this for years with all my bunnies' Cottages, and haven't had any problems. (I also use rubber-backed washable carpet as flooring in their pens.) They do sometimes pull up pieces of carpet, but I guess none of my bunnies actually swallow the carpet pieces. If they did, it could cause some gut problems, so thank you for pointing this out.

This is so cute, how she loves that toy and carries it around and to hear it rattle, I suppose. Bunnies are so inquisitive and playful, more than most people would know...Very cute.

She is sooooooooo cute with this -- none of mine actually run around with their toys. But 2 have this rattle and DO like to fling it!
