The king of chest exercises is finally here Dumbbell Bench Press. In this video i teach you the proper way on how to dumbell bench press. If done correctly you could well be on your way to a huge ripped chest! Every guy desires a huge bouncing chest so learn the correct way and go get what's yours!!!!

  • How many reps should i do, and how many sets of those reps? Also for the pushups how many a day and how often? I really appreciate it man

  • @verizonsucks1324 It all depends on what you goal is. The general idea is if you are looking the muscle growth stick to 6 - 10 reps. If you are looking for strength then 4- 6 reps. For my sets i do 3- 4 i never go beyond 4 sets. As for pushups try it as a superset with your bench press this can be very difficult and is a good burner on the chest. Do 10 - 20 reps for the pushups and see how that goes.

  • if we do this exercises, we no need to do barbell bench press.

  • @WizFitness isnt it because it fixes your shoulder in a certain position? and could injure your rotator cuff?

    Unfortunetly your wrong on the back comment. You need to pull upir shoulder blades together arch your back tighten your chest and traps. Just search dave tate's six-week bench press cure. He is a power lifting specialist who benches 610lbs.
